All online perfume sales on the Eze Perfumes website are final. We do not accept returns on anything apart from manufacturing defects or damage during transportation. In case of any defect, reach out to us by sending an email or calling our call centre within 24-48 hours of receiving and opening the product. We believe in customer satisfaction and once we receive the return request you can sit back & relax while we take care of the rest.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or if you receive an incorrect item so that we can resolve the problem and make it right as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is kept in the same condition as received, unworn, or unused, with tags, along with the original packaging. It would be appreciated if you keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND

We will notify you once your item is received by us and we are done with all the inspections for refund approvals. Upon approval, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Please remember it can take some days for the money to reflect in your account based on your bank or credit card company policies. In the case of Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited in the form of store credits which you can use with your next purchase.
